Terms & Conditions

Before each trip or at the start of the trip, we ask passengers to carefully read the on-board regulations. The group leader, the organiser and the teachers are requested to read them and take responsibility for compliance:

 

SAFETY BELTS:

Legislative Decree 13/03/2006 no. 150 (G.U. 13/4/2006 no. 87) Implementation of Directive 2003/20/EC on the obligation to wear seat belts and the obligation to use child restraint systems in vehicles. Amendments to the Highway Code in force since 14/04/06: The obligation to wear seat belts is extended to bus passengers.

When the vehicle is in motion, all passengers must sit upright and fasten their seat belts.

The use of the toilet is prohibited during the journey. In the event of use, the driver must be informed and stop as quickly as possible in the first zone where the vehicle can safely stop to use the toilet.

For children under 1.50 metres tall, a seat cushion and adapter must be used so that the child can be secured with the same seat belts as adults. Children up to 3 years old are not allowed to travel in older vehicles without seat belts, and older children up to 1.50 metres tall are not allowed to sit in a front seat.

If there are children on board for whom the use of a seat cushion is required, the company must be notified in writing by e-mail at least 48 hours before departure.

 

LUGGAGE:

1. each passenger may bring on board a maximum of one piece of hand baggage measuring 30x10x10 cm, which must be stowed in the overhead bin above the seat;

2. the luggage carried must not contain dangerous, flammable, explosive, explosive, ammunition or flammable liquids, paints, thinners or foul-smelling substances that could in any way cause problems for the driver or other passengers.

3. the company accepts no liability in the event of damage or theft of luggage and its contents stowed by passengers.

ART. 164, paragraph 1: Irregular stowage of luggage on the bus or luggage whose volume and/or weight exceeds the authorised limits. PENALTY: from €68.25 to €275.10 - ADDITIONAL PENALTY: deduction of 3 points from the passenger's driving licence.

 

SMOKING PROHIBITION:

Law No. 584 of 11/11/1975; Art. 51 Law No. 3 of 16/1/2003; Decree of the Prime Minister of 23/12/2003. offences are punishable by an administrative fine and the payment of an amount between €27.50 and €275.00, in accordance with Art. 7 of Law No. 584/75 and subsequent amendments; the measure is doubled if the offence is committed in the presence of an obviously pregnant woman or in the presence of infants or children up to twelve years of age. The on-board staff are responsible for monitoring compliance with the prohibitions.

 

CONSUMPTION OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES:

The consumption of food, pastries and drinks on board is prohibited. The bus is a means of public transport and passengers must therefore behave in a civilised manner, not littering, not making noise, not damaging furnishings and equipment and avoiding any behaviour that could disturb the peace and quiet of passengers, on-board staff and drivers. Any damage will be charged to the person responsible. If it is not possible to identify the perpetrator, the group leader, the organiser or the instructor will assume responsibility and the cost of restoration.
